Straits Intelligence Pte. Ltd. is the legal entity behind propkaki.sg. We are a Singapore-registered company with a fixed registered address and a director of record. We are not an anonymous project.
Product history
propkaki.sg was conceived and developed in early 2026 as the first platform in Singapore to offer CEA-verified agent identity as a core product feature — gating platform access to registered salespersons verified against the CEA public register via the data.gov.sg API.
The platform has been publicly live since 2026 and is in active development. It is the original use of the PROPKAKI name in connection with Singapore property services.
What propkaki.sg does
propkaki.sg is a property agent CRM — a professional platform built exclusively for Singapore's CEA-registered salespersons. Every account is verified against the CEA public register before activation. Unregistered individuals cannot hold active accounts.
The platform provides: lead management, listing management, branded public agent portfolio pages, WhatsApp campaign tools, AI-assisted content generation, and team and partner co-marketing infrastructure — all within a PDPA-compliant data architecture.
propkaki.sg is not a property portal. It is a professional tool for the agent — the person behind the transaction. Our position is that the agent's identity, credentials, and client relationships belong to the agent, not to any platform.
CEA verification
Every propkaki.sg account is verified against the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) public register before activation. Agents must provide their CEA registration number, which is cross-referenced with the CEA dataset via the data.gov.sg API.
This verification is mandatory, not optional. A CEA-verified badge on a propkaki.sg agent profile means the agent's registration has been confirmed programmatically against the official government record — not self-declared.
As of May 2026, there are approximately 37,989 active CEA-registered salespersons in Singapore (source: data.gov.sg dataset d_07c63be0f37e6e59c07a4ddc2fd87fcb). propkaki.sg is built to serve this population.

The PROPKAKI name and the propkaki.sg domain are the subject of a registered trademark application with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
