The Anti-Portal Covenant

Property portals monetise agents by renting them visibility — then renting it again, at higher prices, to appear above the agent who paid last. Propkaki is built on the opposite premise: agents should own the pipeline they build. These five commitments define what Propkaki will and will never do. They are published, dated, and kept.

1. 1

   We will never sell ranking.

   Propkaki will never sell ranking, bidding, boosts, spotlights, or paid placement. No agent on Propkaki will ever pay to appear above another agent. This clause is permanent and unconditional.

2. 2

   Verification and a listing lead-trap are free.

   Every verified agent gets a free professional profile and at least one free listing lead-trap. Paid tiers add capacity, intelligence, automation, branding, and team tools — never visibility.

3. 3

   Enquiries are routed, never auctioned.

   Every routed enquiry goes to one verified agent under a published fairness policy. Enquiries are never sold to multiple agents, never bid on, and never auctioned.

   Consumer data is never sold.

   Contact details are captured only with explicit, named consent, and routing happens only within that consent. Propkaki does not sell, rent, or trade consumer data.

   Every number shows its work.

   Every figure Propkaki publishes — trackers, valuations, comparables, pitch data — shows its source and computation. Official government data in, verifiable arithmetic out.
