How Propkaki routes enquiries

Some enquiries on Propkaki don't come from an agent's own campaign page — they arrive through PropKaki Intelligence (a valuation tool or a project directory page) with no agent already attached. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to those enquiries next. It is referenced by clause 3 of the Anti-Portal Covenant.

Every such enquiry goes to exactly one verified agent — never more than one, and never zero once a qualifying agent exists. Assignment is based on the agent's declared farm areas matching the enquiry's district or town. It is never auctioned, never sold to the highest bidder, and never sold per-lead to multiple agents at once. This is not a marketplace; it is a single, published rule applied consistently.

Every assignment is logged — who received the enquiry, when, and on what basis — and that log is auditable internally. If an enquiry cannot be matched to a farm area on file, it is reviewed manually rather than assigned automatically.

Consent is scoped narrowly. A person submitting an enquiry through a valuation tool or project page is consenting to that enquiry being routed to one matching agent — not to ongoing marketing from Propkaki or from the agent. Agents receiving a routed enquiry see a clear source label so they know it was routed, not self-generated, and so they can respect the boundaries of that consent.

This policy sits under clause 3 of the Anti-Portal Covenant and does not override it. If anything on this page ever reads as inconsistent with the Covenant, the Covenant governs.
