How to Check Your CEA CPD Hours in CPDS
Since January 2026, every Singapore real estate salesperson's CPD record lives in CEA's Continuing Professional Development System (CPDS). Here is exactly where to look, using the menu names in CEA's own user guide — and what the numbers should add up to for 2026.
Check your hours in four steps
- Go to eservices.cea.gov.sg/cpds and choose Singpass — scan the QR code with the Singpass app or enter your Singpass ID.
- On the salesperson dashboard, read the "CPD Fulfilment Progress" section for your current progress.
- For the detail, open the menu (the arrow next to the CEA logo, top left) and select "CPD Requirement Monitoring".
- Click the CPD cycle you want (for example 2026). The "Cycle Information" section breaks down completed and outstanding training hours.
Three separate minimums, not one total: 4 hours of Prescribed Essentials, 8 hours of Professional Competencies and 4 hours of Self-directed Learning. Sixteen hours of the wrong mix does not meet the requirement.
See your course attendance
From the menu, select "Attendance Management", then "Attendance History". This is where you can confirm each course was recorded and see any course feedback still pending.
Add Self-directed Learning hours
Self-directed Learning is not accredited by CEA — it is approved by your agency. To submit it:
- In "Attendance Management", go to the Attendance Requests page and click "+Add".
- Choose "Attendance Creation" from the request type list.
- Fill in the required fields and upload evidence of completion.
- Submit it for approval by your estate agent (agency).
CEA's CPD Guidelines ask you to keep attendance records for 5 years in case CEA asks for them.
When to check
The 2026 cycle ends on 31 December 2026, but CEA's end-2026 registration renewal opens on 1 October 2026, and CEA asks salespersons to have their 2026 CPD hours achieved by the renewal exercise. Checking CPDS in September leaves time to fix a missing course record before you apply.
