About the sources
URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) publishes the Private Residential Price Index, caveat records, and commercial indices quarterly. HDB (Housing & Development Board) publishes the HDB Resale Price Index, town medians, and individual resale transactions. JTC (JTC Corporation) publishes industrial price and occupancy statistics quarterly. SingStat (Singapore Department of Statistics) publishes household income, population, and infrastructure series annually. MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) publishes SORA and other interest-rate series daily.
PropKaki ingests these datasets automatically after each release, computes derived series (PSF by lease band, years-of-income ratio, etc.) and publishes them as free trackers. Every figure states the exact period it refers to. Ingestion history is on the market data changelog.
Named PropKaki metrics
Two series are published as named, versioned PropKaki metrics with permanent methodology pages: the PropKaki Curve™ (HDB resale prices by remaining lease, quarterly — methodology v1.0) and the PropKaki Affordability Index™ (years of gross median income to buy the median HDB flat, annual — methodology v1.0). Cite as "PropKaki Curve (propkaki.sg, methodology v1.0)" or similar.
